Amritsar is a beautiful city in Punjab located in the northwestern part of India. It derives its name from the Sanskrit word, Amrit-Sarovar, which means Lake or Pool of Immortality. Situated at an altitude of 218 m, this city’s weather is similar to the other northwestern cities of India. Amritsar experience extreme weather conditions, marked by very hot summers and chilly cold winters. Summer
